ATTENTION!!!!!Hey guys for everyone who will be visiting this place Please don’t be do that Because I was order Mongolian Beef and first picture from this place and second picture from google And I was spoke with lady I think she is manager and i was ask her “hey it is not Mongolian Beef it was Mongolian Onions” she said yes Mongolian Beef only onions and not to much Beef she said her father have that recipe for Mongolian Beef but I was born in a country that borders on Mongolia and I know how to need cook that. And I’m really confused what she said me about it it Mongolian Beef. I said to her you not right because I know how to cook that and it is reason why I was ordering Mongolian Beef because I know that. Really Guys never stop at this place!!!!!

We eat here at least twice a month. Unfortunately, this was not the best. The food is always fresh, hot (and delicious and quick. However, this lunch took over half an hour to reach our table. The table coming in 10 minutes after us received their food about 15 minutes before we did. An app does not mean you should have to wait another 20 minutes for your lunch. No bill brought to our table, no check back to see if everything was ok from the waitress or hostess at till. Great tasting food tho!

Ordered the family dinner and our egg rolls had raw meat in them. No apology, just took the plate and said ok. Barbecue pork was dry and old. We still had not received the rest of our food so I decided to not risk and asked to just pay for our soup we had partially eaten and left. Yes they still charged for the soup, no cares. No apologies. How is this place open?

It's the best Chinese food of all the other's. Don't care but it's true. Every plate you choose will satisfy you. They food gor all ages and best of all prices during lunch are very goid price! Thanks, I had to come from Moorhead and brought friends that had not tryed this place and they loved it.

Absolutely the most horrible food I have ever had!

I am very dissatisfied with China Garden, first and foremost, my food arrived cold, secondly I had found hair in not one but two of my containers of food. When I called to explain to them they were rude and told me that there wasn't anything they could do for the food being cold only that they could remake the two containers of food that had hair in them. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

So inconsistent, I try to give it extra chances, because when it is good, it is great. Mostly bad experiences and what seems like an ordering scam have made me give up. They could be awesome, but their staff is nearly always rude and the food and titles of menu items are so inconsistent it just isn't worth it anymore.Edit*** tried to give them another try and got part of a scrub brush in my food, I thought I took a picture but didn't save it and threw away the piece. I do have to say the cream cheese wonton's never disappoint!

Ordered chicken fried rice and vegetable low main and it had absolutely no flavor. Correction it had a flavor but it’s not appropriate to describe. Not even worth paying!

Great food and a Grand Forks institution! The combo meals are such a great deal!

I have been enjoying this place for years! The food is always on point, and absolutely delicious, I also enjoy their delivery service. I like that they are always okay with my requests and changes to items. Also they give you an insane amount of food for an insanely low price!

I really wanted to like it, but the food received did not match the menu item described at all. "Water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, Chinese vegetables" consisted of celery and chopped carrots. I found one mushroom piece. Everyone's meal had the same issue, very bland and did not match the description. The flavor was mediocre at best. Gets a star because the cream cheese rangoons and the pot stickers were good! Just, nothing else was. Also, it's the only Chinese resturant I've seen that packages delivery so it doesn't leak!

The food here is absolutely amazing and the portions are huge! I've never had a bad experience here.

Had a meal with family on a Sunday. We came later in afternoon and stayed a long time. We were not pressured to leave (many open tables so shouldn't be a problem since noon rush was ending.) Good customer service. I would come back again.

Ordered take out, was ready right on time, friendly staff and the food was Amazing, as Always!!

Used to be great. But recently found big piece of cartilage in chicken egg foo young and all the staff wanted to do is replace it! My appetite was completely gone after that...plus no apology what so ever! I understand things happen, bones, cartilage etc. can slip in, but this piece was HUGE!

Absolutely terrible food. Chicken is all breading. The seasme chicken came out looking like straight trash. No flavor. Avoid at all cost

This is my go to for Chinese.This last trip unfortunately my good didn't seem to to the usual par. Maybe they had a new cook. Idk. I will return the. Good has always been good before.

You're not going to find much in the way of Chinese food in North Dakota. That being said this place is the best I've found so far in the state. Compared to other places it's just okay, but they do give complimentary soup which is a nice touch. The staff are very nice.

Clean, spacious. Good service and great food

This is a nice spot that a lot of people forget about because of it's subdued signage. The food here is really good and the service has always been excellent. Plus, the prices are more than reasonable. In my opinion, this is the best place for Chinese in town.

Terrible food that you can't really taste at all. It was a strange experience being served something like soup but with rice that's kinda clumped in it. The pot stickers tasted like someone took sweet Italian sausage and put them in with it. The broccoli beef looked like it was sitting for about 20 minutes. Don't go here, very disappointing.

Food was good, but I asked for a drink 4 times before I got one

Lunch special is terrific. Great spot for Chinese food, cream cheese wontons are amazing - DONT ORDER THE POTSTICKERS. But everything else is good.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered Mongolian beef and it was basically all onions with very little beef in a flavorless watery broth. Wife ordered Orange chicken and the chicken was soggy and flavorless. When called to explain how we don't like it, the lady hung up on me !!! Terrible option and I recommend going elsewhere.

I have long been a supporter of China Garden until my experience this week. I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice delivered to my home. The Chicken Fried Rice was very dry and tasteless, but the biggest disappointment was that the delivery person tried to short change me on my payment. I called the store and they had the driver return my correct change NO MORE,

Our visits to C Garden have always been enjoyable! They are always making sure that everything is alright. Amy the hostess/ manager is always very welcoming and is glad for the visit. Best place to go for Chinese food 😁!!

Best potato French fries in gf.

They are not friendly people. It's like grumpy allthe time . Food used to be ok. But lately it comes barely warm and takes a long time to get even when very few people .the last 3 times it was like this. The one lady there I believe is the owners daughter. Not a happy person. It's like I hate to leave a tip. To bad it used to be good and hot food even with very unfriendly staff. We will find a different place to go.

Yum! The seating, atmosphere, and service was fantastic!The food was cooked wonderfully and given to us in a timely manner. The portions we're big (to our plesant surprise) and filling. Will go back soon and recommend it for families with children. 🤩

Service was ok, food was good. Waitress was not friendly and dropped a lunch plate and did not apologize even though it was extremely loud and spilled food. She just walked away without a word. Otherwise okay experience.
